How we work

Know what happens next.

A clear path from your first enquiry to launch. The scope, schedule and review points are agreed for your project.

  1. Understand your business

We clarify your audience, your priorities and the action you want visitors to take.

  2. Define the scope

Your proposal sets out the pages, features, responsibilities, costs and delivery stages.

  3. Review the direction

You review the proposed structure and visual direction before we move into the agreed build stage.

  4. Build and review

You review a working version. We record feedback and check the agreed functionality before launch.

  5. Launch and hand over

We complete the agreed launch checks and hand over the access and guidance specified in your proposal.

Your written proposal

What you can expect to review before we start.

This is the structure of a project proposal, not a finished client project. Your version contains the scope and responsibilities agreed for your business.

Purpose and audience

The business need, intended audience and next step for visitors. You confirm that we have understood the goal.

Pages, features and exclusions

A page list, content limits, integrations and revision rounds. Anything outside the scope is identified before you approve the build.

Content and responsibilities

The information, images, legal text and account access you provide, plus the editing and setup we deliver. Third-party permissions and licenses remain explicit.

Costs and payment stages

The agreed project total, applicable taxes, separate third-party fees and staged payments. Optional care is listed separately from the build.

Review, launch and access

Review milestones, acceptance checks, launch approval, ownership and account handover. The schedule depends on the agreed scope, materials and decisions.

Review before launch

What we check before launch

The checks below explain our approach. The final checklist is tailored to the features included in your project.

  • Readable pages and usable navigation on mobile and desktop.
  • Forms tested from submission through to receipt of the enquiry.
  • Working links, contact buttons and clear error messages.
  • Loading performance and layout stability checked with recorded results.
  • Page titles, indexing settings and language versions checked where applicable.
  • Agreed access, third-party costs and handover guidance documented.

FAQ

Before we start

Get my project estimate
Will I control my website?

Your proposal explains ownership, account access and handover. Third-party services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Are there ongoing costs?

Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions and usage fees may apply. Your proposal lists these separately. Our care plans are optional.

Who provides the text and images?

You provide accurate business information and materials you have permission to use. We organise and edit these within the package limits. Research-led copywriting, photography and human translation are quoted separately.

Are multiple languages included?

Each standard package includes one language. Extra language setup is quoted separately using approved translated content.

How do revisions work?

Business Website includes 2 consolidated feedback rounds; Business Plus and Online Store include 3. A round collects your feedback on the agreed scope. New features are quoted separately. Fixing a delivered defect does not use up a feedback round.

When can the project launch?

The schedule is agreed after reviewing the scope, materials and integrations. You can review the site before public launch.

Does the website include marketing?

The build covers the agreed site and technical setup. Advertising, ongoing SEO, content campaigns and sales results are not included unless separately agreed.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the agreed access and guidance. The first 30 days cover corrections to functionality that differs from the agreed scope, without limiting your legal rights. Optional monthly care supports eligible sites with defined checks and limited change time.
