The customer guarantees that the submitted materials can be used legally and do not infringe the rights of other people or companies.
PunctualWeb is not responsible for legal problems caused by wrong materials, information or instructions received from the customer.
11. Changes and Revisions
The project is carried out according to the accepted offer.
Unless otherwise stated, the project includes a maximum of 2 rounds of reasonable changes.

13. Technical errors after delivery
If technical errors occur after delivery directly caused by PunctualWeb's implementation, the customer must notify us in writing.
We will look into the problem and, if the error is our work, we will fix it within a reasonable time.
Free errors are not considered:

14. If the project cannot be completed
We take every project seriously and want to see it through.
However, there may be rare situations where a project cannot be completed for technical, organizational, commercial or other justifiable reasons.
If the project cannot be completed for reasons solely attributable to PunctualWeb, the customer will be refunded the money paid for the services that were not delivered.
If nothing usable was delivered from that project, the customer can be refunded the full amount paid for that project.
Refunds are made smoothly, fairly and transparently, based on the amounts paid and the services delivered or not delivered up to that point.
This solution is designed so that the relationship between PunctualWeb and the client remains fair, balanced and free of unnecessary misunderstandings.
If the amounts owed are returned to the client, the client understands that the return of these amounts represents the main solution for the respective project, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, PunctualWeb's liability for that project will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected service.
This provision does not eliminate or limit the legal rights that the customer has under applicable law.
15. Cancellation of the project by the client
The client can request the cancellation of the project through a written message.
If the cancellation occurs before the actual start of the work, the sums paid can be returned, with the exception of external or administrative costs already committed.
If the cancellation occurs after work has begun, PunctualWeb may retain amounts for work already performed, time spent, consulting, planning, design, development, testing, communication, and external costs incurred.
If there are amounts paid for unworked and undelivered services, they may be returned to the client.
16. Customer's lack of response
If the client does not respond, does not send the necessary materials, does not provide the necessary accesses or does not approve the project stages, the project may be suspended.
If the lack of response exceeds 15 working days, the delivery period is automatically extended.
If the lack of response exceeds 30 working days, PunctualWeb may close the project and the amounts paid may be used to cover the work already done.
Resuming the project after a long break may require a new offer, a new deadline or additional costs.
17. Limitation of liability
